Hi, I’m Anikó.

I’m a psychotherapist, personal trainer and yoga teacher based in Glasgow’s South Side.

My mission is to help people become happier, healthier, more authentic versions of themselves, supporting both body and mind.

There are many reasons that can bring us to therapy: the weight of a difficult childhood, feelings of depression or anxiety, unfulfilling relationships, or simply a sense that something isn’t right. After a bereavement, coping alone can feel impossible. And some of us might feel OK but keep wondering if life could be more fulfilling.

You might feel broken. I have good news for you: you’re not.
